Many of our farmers operate small family farms that use traditional methods but have decided not to obtain organic certification due to limiting factors such as cost. We encourage you to ask all vendors about their growing, production, and ingredient sourcing practices when you visit the market!
CrowGrown Microgreens are locally grown under full spectrum LED lights using a mixture of Organic compost and coir. Microgreens are nutrient rich and a great way to add flavour to any meal.
